If you have never practiced Ashtanga Yoga before, or if you have only been practicing for a short amount of time, we recommend that you take a beginner’s course.
Weekend beginner’s course (small group)
The weekend beginner’s course consists of a 2 hour class on a Saturday and another 2 hour class on a Sunday in which we learn the bases and method of Ashtanga Yoga. We will do all the sun salutes and some of the standing poses. You are also entitled one Mysore-style class during the next week.
Next course October 6th and 7th at 11am to 1pm
